These Terms of Service govern your access to majorlit.com and your purchase of products or services from Major Lit. By using this website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Use automated tools to copy, scrape, or misuse website content
- Infringe the rights of Major Lit or another person
- Distribute harmful or unlawful material
Products and Services
Major Lit may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue products, services, features, prices, or availability. Product photographs and screen colors may vary slightly from physical merchandise.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Major Lit may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable business concerns. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, deposits, and other disclosed fees will be shown during checkout.
Customers must provide accurate billing information and confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Major Lit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, Major Lit will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Returns and Bookings
Merchandise purchases are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Appointments are governed by the Booking Policies.
Both policies are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
The Major Lit name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, website design, written content, product designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Major Lit.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially use Major Lit content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
User-Submitted Materials
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any audio, images, video, writing, logos, or other materials you provide to Major Lit.
Providing materials for a service does not transfer ownership to Major Lit. You grant Major Lit only the permission reasonably necessary to perform the requested service unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Third-Party Services
Majorlit.com may use or link to services operated by Squarespace, payment processors, scheduling providers, shipping carriers, and other third parties. Those services may have separate terms and policies.
Disclaimer
Major Lit works to provide accurate website information and reliable services. However, the website may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, or outdated information. Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Major Lit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or services.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
