Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing from Major Lit. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Return Eligibility
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage caused after delivery, or alterations will not be accepted.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made merchandise
- Clearance and final-sale products
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition products marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Major Lit within seven days after delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless Major Lit sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when required by law or when Major Lit is responsible for the error.
Refunds
A return must be approved before it is mailed. After the returned merchandise is received and inspected, Major Lit will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Shipping Delays
Orders will be shipped within the timeframe displayed during checkout or in the product description. If Major Lit cannot ship within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and given the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
